We collect the minimum necessary to deliver our services: name, email, company, project details, and payment information (processed by Stripe — we never store card numbers).

2. How we use it

• To deliver the service you purchased (scan, build, consultation)
• To send project updates and delivery notifications
• To respond to inquiries from the contact form or email
• Analytics (anonymized) to improve the site

3. What we don't do

• We never sell your data.
• We never share your data with third parties except processors required to deliver the service (Stripe, hosting).
• We never use your content to train models without explicit written consent.

4. Data retention

Project files are retained for 12 months after delivery, then deleted. You can request deletion at any time via hi@mdi.io.

5. Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Email hi@mdi.io and we'll respond within 7 days.
