Terms of Service

1. Services

MDI LABS provides website audits, animated homepage builds, motion design, AI voice agents, and related digital services as described on our pricing page.

2. Payment

Payment is due at checkout via Stripe. All prices are in USD. Services begin once payment is confirmed. Scans deliver within 24–48 hours; builds typically within 7–14 days depending on scope.

3. Revisions

Each build package includes two revision rounds. Additional revisions are billed at $75/hour. Scans include one follow-up clarification.

4. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables. MDI LABS retains the right to display the work in our portfolio unless a confidentiality agreement is in place.

5. Cancellations

You may cancel within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund. After work begins, refunds are prorated to work completed. No refunds on completed deliverables.

6. Liability

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost revenue, or third-party service outages.
